Here you can customize your school settings, enable or disabler some sections, menus, activate extra features for your school.

Find and navigate settings

To open school settings menu click on Settings icon along top menus on your dashboard.

  • In general settings you can manage your school presentation and contact details.

  • Features - control and manage school features and options.

  1. Use this option to let your students upload their profile picture by their app. Usually this function managed by school managers

  2. Activate QR code for students to use check in when entering the school

  3. Enable this option if you want to make your school public and let anyone register on your school from login page

  4. Placement test can be available for school as default test. This will automatically start when user is logged in in Lab. (if you want to use this, please create “Test Taker” account for your school, login and let the students pass the test you have attached). More detailed information are available in Learning manuals.

 

  • Student, Contact and Request fields are for managing CRM settings, and are creating as a custom fields for Request Forms (in form settings this part is synchronizing with associations).

  • Notification settings - Here you can set up your first lesson’s reminder.

  • Task Management - You can create additional columns for your task management board here.

  • Members - All of your school staff can be managed here. From this menu you can create your teachers, managers or other staff member. Each member should be defined by specific Role (teacher, manager, etc.), which controls user’s access and permissions to school settings, features, menus and etc.

  • Divisions - Create and place courses and other information in the corresponding departments, categories or groups. Divisions used to aggregate analytics or restrict access.

  • Evaluation Settings - Here you can configure your test grading. Tests tables are shown in every group.

  • Notification Templates - Each school has customized notification templates for every case. You can enable or disable your school notifications here, or change templates.

  • Website Templates - If you are a newcomer and want to have your own website synced with platform, just choose a template from our storage and start building your site by your own. Read more'
