How to create a request form?

As we have discussed, request forms are used to get requests from new users for your courses.

And before you send them the form, you should create a form in LMS.

Go to Structure - Forms.

To create a new form click on the Create button. Give a name to your form and save. You can also choose a specific course for which you want to get requests.

After you should open your form to edit.

Here you can see all fields of the form and customize them as you want.

When you finish, copy the shareable link and send it to fill.
