To create a survey form you need to
Go to ‘'Management’' section, then click on ‘'Forms’'
Click on Survey Form on the left corner
Click on ‘'+ Add’' button.
4. Fill in the information and click the ‘'OK’' button
Write the Title and types of questions that you want.
The Manager can view the results of survey forms in the Analytics section under Management.
After creating a survey form, you can define its type: School, Public, Group, or Member.

Designed for collecting feedback from schools or educational institutions registered on the platform.Public Survey Forms
Public surveys are accessible to everyone, even those not registered on the platform.
Use Case: Gathering general feedback from parents or students about tutoring services.Group Survey Forms
Group surveys are targeted at specific student groups, classes, or cohorts.
Use Case: Collecting feedback from a class about a recent course or workshop.Member Survey Form
Member surveys are focused on collecting feedback from specific users, such as teachers, managers, or administrators.
Use Case: Gathering insights from tutors about their experience with the platform's tools or from managers regarding platform features.
When a student logs into their account, a notification will pop up, informing them about a new survey.
The survey pop-up is visible for approximately 5 seconds, and refreshing the page will bring the notification back.

To access the survey, the student must click the "Pass" button and fill in the survey form.
After completing the survey, the student will see a "Thank you for your submission" note.

Viewing Survey Results in Analytics
To find survey results, go to the Analytics section in Management and select the name of the group associated with the survey.
Here’s what the results screen looks like:
On the left-hand side, you’ll see an option to Export Results and Analytics. This allows you to download the full survey data in a report format.
