You might create a new member if you want your teammates to have different roles and permissions.
Instructions
Log In and go to settings button click on a Settings Icon
Go to Members Tab and click on Create button

3. Select a Role from drop down menu or start typing in the search bar to quickly find a Role. Fill the form and click on Save button. New user is created and the notification is sent to him/her.
