How to use OpenVPN after setup

Add new Users and Administrators

1. Open a web browser and enter the address for the Admin Web UI: https://[External IP Address/Hostname]:943/Admin

2. Login to the Admin panel by using admin username: openvpn and the password.

3. Click User Management.

4. Click User Permissions.

5. Enter the New Username.

6. Click the Admin checkbox.

7. Click on the More Settings icon.

8. In Local Password, enter the new user password.

9. Click Save Settings and Update Running Server to finalize all your changes.

To add a normal user follow the steps above without checking the Admin box.

Install the Client

1. Open a web browser and enter the address for the Client UI: `https://[External IP Address/Hostname]:943/.

2. Enter the Username and Password to login.

3. Download the Client recommended for your device.

4. Download the profile for your user:
   

   

    

5. Open the client and add a profile:
   

   

    

6. Browse the file you downloaded during the previous step.

7. Connect by enabling the button left to the profile name and check your IP which is changed.
