How to activate Zoom on Tutor Platform.

Technical world is becoming more and more wanted nowadays, especially after the outbreak of CoronaVirus. Most of us have started to work, attend classes, hold seminars or training online etc.. That's when we realize that we mostly have some problems connected with using technology correctly and effectively. Today I am going to tell you how to activate and use Zoom on the TP (Tutor Platform). You would rather keep following me so that you become aware of Zoom. So, let's get started.

  • How to activate a Zoom account on Tutor Platform:

All right, dear reader, first off, I need to tell you if you already have a Zoom account, that’s great but if your Zoom account is not activated on the Tutor Platform, that’s OK for today we are going to correct that part of your virtual life. We are going to take the steps of Zoom activation on the Tutor Platform together. So, when you are on the Tutor Platform Web page you need to follow the steps mentioned below to activate your Zoom account:

  1. Go to the “Apps” section

2. Press the green button “Activate” in the upper right corner

3. After that you will see a new redirected Zoom page 

4. In this page you need to press the button “Authorize” to activate your Zoom account

When you have already activated your Zoom account, you may need to see the link in your group. The Zoom link can be activated for a course (that means that the Zoom link will be automatically activated for all the groups in the course) as well as for any group of the course. So, if you want to activate your Zoom account for a course, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the “Training” section

2. Click on the “Courses” icon

3. Choose the course for which you want to activate your Zoom account

4. Enter the given group

5. Go to the “Settings” tab

6. Choose “Learning” section

...

7. Switch on Zoom

8. Go down and press the button “Save”

If you have already completed these steps, that means your Zoom account is activated for all the groups attached to the course you have chosen.

But you may need to activate your Zoom account only for a group and not for all the groups in the course. In this case, follow the steps described below: 

  1. Go to the “Training” section

Now that Zoom has been activated, you can easily enable the Zoom button on any group. To do that, follow these steps.

  1. Go to the “Training” section and click on the “Groups”

  • How to check:
